Your presence during the initial grooming appointment is recommended to allow your dog to get comfortable with the groomer and the grooming environment. This can help reduce anxiety and establish a trusting relationship between your dog and the groomer. For subsequent grooming sessions, you may not need to be home if your dog has adapted well to the mobile grooming process and feels relaxed with the groomer. Discuss with the groomer whether your presence is necessary for future appointments.
